While it doesn't appear that we removed any heatshields on your vehicle (having only diagnosed your concerns, as you declined to have any repairs done) we did offer to have you return ASAP for us to inspect/resolve. Unfortunately, your "over the phone" request that "we compensate you for your inconvenience" when we did not yet have all the details, simply could not be extended. Our offer still stands if you would like us to take a look & if indeed we made an error, we will certainly look to compensate you accordingly. Please consider bringing your vehicle back for us to take a look?

My mechanic checked the Splash shield under the engine he told me it was put on and no clips were put in. You lost my business i will accept a free oil change for my incontinence splash was scraping the ground
