Took 5 months to get service for our vehicle I was told would take 2 weeks after the purchase. I am still waiting on chips for rear sensory and camera system been 5 months as well We received recall let More

Service technicians act like they are too busy to speak to you when you enter. No loaner cars available and they do not wash your vehicle. Better off going to a mom and pop mechanic. More
