They did a partial Job of replacing the recalled airbag During a replacement of a passenger side airbag they neglected to put a screw coverplate onto the internal A-frame cover. Yeah. yeah, big deal right During a replacement of a passenger side airbag they neglected to put a screw coverplate onto the internal A-frame cover. Yeah. yeah, big deal right? I understand this, mistakes do happen, but when you expect a device such as an airbag to help save your life, you want it to be right. Who knows what other step in this replacement they neglected to perform? Also, there is now a noise coming from where the dash and this internal airbag cover meet. I have been on hold for 30 minutes now as I try to get this resolved. In addition to this airbag, I also had a 60,000 mile service done for a whopping 700 dollars and that didn't even include a 79 dollar oil change (what are they putting in that oil that makes it so expenseive? Its not just the synthetic oil!), a cabin air filter, and a new engine airfilter, which is why I have rated them so low on price. Not much value here. I bought my first new car from mark miller Toyota more than 15 years ago. We have purchased 2 other vehicles from other dealers, both didn’t go well. So when we decided to get a new to us Subaru we knew w than 15 years ago. We have purchased 2 other vehicles from other dealers, both didn’t go well. So when we decided to get a new to us Subaru we knew we should only go to mark miller. Thanks for all the help with the new car and the more than 15 years keeping my scion still running great. I’m sure I’ll get at least another 5 out of it. More
