I love my 18 years old car, they are able to fix any problem that comes up, which is infrequent, thank heaven. They always have the part(s) needed in stock. They take the time needed to explain any work that might be needed, the cost and length of time required. They are very helpful and compassionate. They may be busy, but they make you feel like you are the only one they are caring for. The waiting area is clean and offers free drinks, which is very nice, if you have an unexpected wait. I like the lighted arrow lanes to guide you into the service bay. I like that I can have my emissions tests done through them and get my stickers immediately. Everything is so convenient. For me, their location is perfect. I don’t have to drive clear down to auto row. I am a Subaru fan and always will be. I love Mark Miller Subaru!! Oh and I love the car wash. More

Accident I was recently in an accident with my crosstrek. My insurance didn't have a body repair place close to where the accident occurred - so I suggested ta I was recently in an accident with my crosstrek. My insurance didn't have a body repair place close to where the accident occurred - so I suggested taking it to where I purchased the vehicle new (which is across the street from my work and accident local). Once at Mark Miller, someone contacted me immediately and explained the process. They followed up repeatedly and when I did call they provided me the information immediately. Even though they found more damage once my bumper was off, I still had my car on the date they stated it would be ready. I asked if they could change out my snow tires (that were still on the car) since they had to align the vehicle and they told me to bring them on down. I am very happy with my experience - and now that I know Mark Miller charges less for alignment than where I was taking it - I'll be bringing it here to have the tires changed annually. Thanks Mark Miller. P.S. Because the car was ready in time - we were able to go camping at Mill Hollow this weekend. More
