10 years and a couple of cars ago we had purchased a Used Car from Lance. Lance had provided excellent customer service, never making us feel that we were a bother and made me feel like my happiness and satisfaction really mattered to him. When I checked the current employee list on your website, I was ELATED to see that Lance was still here so I emailed him. He called me... on his day off (because he is amazing like that!) and assured me that he'd call when he got to the office the next day. He hooked me up with Tony and the rest is history I guess!
