Just looking turned into buying. I first stopped in to just look at a couple of cars that I thought would work for me. Anthony thought I should drive a couple of the cars, which I did. He was very helpful with the differences and advantages of both vehicles. I was looking at other cars, so I explained I would check back with him. Within a few days, I had test driven some other cars and I decided that I like the Forester the best. I especially liked that there was no pressure from Anthony. I stopped back a few days later and Anthony was tied up so another salesman helped me and finished up the paperwork. More

Beyond my expectations Went for oil change and appreciated the additional check up. Found a burnt out tail light, washed and vacuumed all in a reasonable time frame. Recommended you for that long, know of 6 people who bought from you as a result and when i sold my car, told them to go there too as you had all maintenance records. I'm a woman who knows cars and have been cheated, swindled, lied to and cheated on by other shops. Then played the take me keys and talk you into a more expensive car, wasting hours in buying negotiations. That has never ever happened at Mark Miller, even when I thought it was an expensive repair, you checked and found it was a simple repair. Body shop was fantastic too when I had some minor damage. Buying was truly a delightful experience vs tactics and pressure. Excellent service, great customer relations, top of the line safest and most reliable cars, no one could ask for more!!!! More
I brought my car in, without an appointment for mtce I brought my car in for maintenance. My battery had died, and car was jumped off. As a result, my back gate would not work. I also needed an oil change too. Juan came in to the waiting room at each step of the way to tell me the status of my car. I did not have to wait very long at all. Mori Ortiz performed the work on my car. I was very pleased at Mr Romero's professionalism. The waiting room is nice. My car was washed, even the mats on the inside. I was very happy with the experience! The work done was all under warranty. I was very pleased about that! More
Covered up knowledge of previous repairs I read all of the amazing reviews for Mark Miller Subaru and they were overwhelmingly positive. So I went to their dealership and worked with a couple I read all of the amazing reviews for Mark Miller Subaru and they were overwhelmingly positive. So I went to their dealership and worked with a couple sales people that I really liked. They were kind, attentive and professional. I purchased my vehicle from them and as soon as I got home learned that the passenger sliding door was very hard to open and close. They took it back and "fixed" it for me and provided a rental. I thought they were a great dealership. But the door soon had issues again and I just tried to ignore it and chalk it up to buying a used car. But recently my vehicle was hit while parked and I had to take it in to get a new bumper. I decided to ask the body shop if it would be an easy fix for them to get my door in better working order. Within seconds of looking they informed me that there had clearly been work done on the door. After looking closer at my vehicle to do the repairs they said there was evidence of repairs underneath the vehicle and on the back lift gate. So... I had been sold a vehicle with a clean title, carfax and accident history that was not actually any of those things. So either the mechanics at Mark Miller Subaru are not good enough at their job to spot repair work that another shop could see in seconds... or they lied and covered up the work they could tell had been done just because it hadn't been reported on the carfax. I am very frustrated and unhappy that i was lied to and deceived by someone at Mark Miller Subaru. I contacted them again with my new knowledge... they said absolutely nothing about covering up repairs that were done and just said I could bring it in and they would "see what they can do" with no promise of actually fixing it. It 's very inconvenient to drive an hour to their dealership while taking care of 3 small children when there is no promise that they will take care of the problem. And here I am stuck with a vehicle that is not worth nearly as much as I paid because it has indeed been in some sort of accident and had plenty of repairs done. I would not trust this dealership with a used car. If you are not going brand new, then look elsewhere. More
