I called the Marlboro Nissan Service Dept. this morning and thought I had a major problem with my 2011 Nissan Versa.
Morgana told me to bring it in right away. She was very patient and thoughtful and took all my information as to exactly what happened.
With her information the Technician was able to promptly diagnose my problem, and three hours later my car was running like it was brand new.
I never hesitate to bring my car to Marlboro Nissan for all my maintenance needs.
I called to make an appointment and spoke with the service department. When giving them my information my VIN was not in the system. I was given a phone number to call Nissan headquarters. They sent me a form to fill out through my email I returned my information to register my VIN. No one ever told me to make sure it had gone through the system. On the morning Of my appointment I was told my Vin number was not in the system. I was also told it would take 24 hours before it would appear in their system. I try to explain I had Made arrangements with my work that I would be coming in late or I needed the day off depending on what they said when I dropped my car offwork. The service person didn't seem to care at all About how inconvenient this was for me. He asked me if I wanted to leave my car or take it home. I left my car because my Daughter waited for me. She neededI to go to work. I was not able to get my car back to the dealership the next day. I personally called Nissan headquarters When I got home. When I called I asked to speak to the same person I spoke to the 1st time. I was told they could not put me through to her line I had to go through the whole situation again. They explain to me it would take 24 hours for my Vin number to go through the system I explained how disappointed I was and now i had taken the day off from work. They Suggested to put in a formal complaint. Miraculously within 2 hours I got a phone call from the dealership Somehow they were able to look at my car. They could not explain to me how they got to look at my car without my VIN Without it being in the system.I am still very confused how all this happened and why it couldn't have happened when I was at the dealership??? I could have waited for them to look at my car and gone to work from there!
I drive from Natick to get my Juke serviced here in Marlborough.
I have been to two other Nissan dealers in MetroWest and they don’t come close
to getting all the work done as fast and timely as Marlborough Nissan. AAA Service.

I have been using this service department for many years. I log 30,000-40,000 miles per year so I am there a great deal. Work is always performed well. Prices are reasonable for dealer service. Staff always treat me extremely well. Last service was fairly large and I am happy with the work.
I went in for service. Called Brian Rodgers for advice . Went there and Josh immediately asked what he could do to help . Went to device and mike took car in and called me when ready within an hour . Changed all rotors and had paperwork ready to check out. Marlboro Nissan is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with . The remember names and treat you like family . Thank you Marlboro Nissan
