Do not buy from this Dealership, I purchased a used 2014 2500 Cummins, immediately had issues with truck, Tpms system, oil leak from oil pan, knock sensor, ebrake, heated seats, two different sets of tires, 2500 Cummins, immediately had issues with truck, Tpms system, oil leak from oil pan, knock sensor, ebrake, heated seats, two different sets of tires, a bunch of issues, I bought the extended warranty that they said was Gold. Well when it came time to fix things the warranty magically didnt cover anything, I was told there were NO issues with the truck when I was buying. No one will return your calls. No one. To them its all about the money, they dont care who they screw. Pitiful dealership. Do Not Waste Your Money. Went as far as sending the owner a email. No reply. Bought the Truck on Dec 8th. From Dec 8th to Jan 17th, they had the truck at the shop for the same amount of time it sat in my driveway and nothing got fixed except the knock sensor. More

I am very unhappy with the service department. We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for the first service. We had the oil changed and was having some electrical problems. They said the electri We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for the first service. We had the oil changed and was having some electrical problems. They said the electrical problems had to do with the computer. They kept the jeep for a several days. They would never call us back to give an update so we called several times. Every time they said they would call us with updates. Never Did. We picked it up a couple days later but the computer problem wasn't fixed. They said Jeep was working on a fix and would call us to bring it back when they had a fix. Weeks went by, nothing no call, so I called again. They told me to bring it in they had to do a hard re-boot. We took it in. They said they would get right on it and call to let us know how it was going. 3 days later no calls no update. Every time we called we were told something different and that they would get back to us. So we brought up the Jeep App on our phone to find the cars location and found the service manager and it at his home. 20 miles away!!! He was using it for his personal use. Said he was test driving. Test Driving! a computer reset. 20 miles away at his home! We are livid!!!!! Do not take your vehicle there for any kind of service. More

Tina Martin was terrific. Unfortunately the dealership doesn't share the same professionalism, that she demonstrates.
