Well usually if service techs are diagnosing a car they need to either run it at idle or do a short test ride if the problem is inconsistent or cumbersome. We apologize for not refilling your tank and making sure we cleaned your car, probably a miscommunication on the service crew side on a busy day. We have many satisfied customers, but they are the silent majority. I spoke with Tim, and he offered a Free replacement tank of gas and car wash in respect of your situation and renumeration, but you refused when it is what you were asking for correct? Just privately respond to this review and we will take steps to make sure you are fully satisfied.

The GM went back and reviewed this case and offered the customer compensation as soon as he heard of it. We also terminated the Service Advisor that was involved upon further review of the case. Customer Service is our top priority, and we apologize for the misunderstandings.
