From day one, I have had only good experiences with Martin. My husband bought a car from here last March. He worked with Mike who was so knowledgeable. I bought a pickup truck this past weekend from Martin. I worked with Phil, Jack and David. All the of them went above and beyond and made the experience so easy for me. When van was diagnosed I had 3 persons in front of me letting me know of how important it was to correct the trouble plus how much it would cost. Left the van Tuesday 1pm picked up the van Thursday aroun letting me know of how important it was to correct the trouble plus how much it would cost. Left the van Tuesday 1pm picked up the van Thursday around 2p. No one called to let me know the status until I called to find out what was going on. When I got there I was directed to the billing clerk. No one showed up to let me know who worked on the van or if I had any questions. I asked the clerk of how long warranty I have on the work done she called someone and was told 12 months or 12 thousand miles. Thanks for the purified bottle water left inside the van. Cleo More
