Beau worked with me over the phone on a deal for a new 2018 Giulia and was incredibly responsive. I was thoroughly impressed because I was previously working with a salesmen and another dealership that didn’t want to give me the time of day over the phone. It’s worth mentioning that I’m 2 and a half hours from any Alfa dealer so working out satisfactory deal over the phone was critical. All the information Beau gave me was correct and accurate and Beau shot stair with me as far as pricing and trade value was concerned. After a my drive down to the dealership I was elated that there were no surprises and that our deal had not changed in any way. In addition, I found Beau to be one of the most knowledgeable salesmen I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Typically I’m more versed on what I’m buying than the typical salesmen. But... Beau had in dept knowledge of the car I was buying and I learned some thing I didn’t know. I tend to do cast research before I buy... so I was impressed. I worked with Chris for the financing side of things. He took his time and answered all my questions with great detail. It was getting late so I very much appreciate him taking the time to do so.
