I brought my fiat for service 11/27/23. I waited two and one half hours before I went to ask what was going on . I was told at that time he was sorry about the wait but had no reason why it I waited two and one half hours before I went to ask what was going on . I was told at that time he was sorry about the wait but had no reason why it took that long to diagnose the problem. One hour and a half later my car was finally done. Also when you bring your car in they text you and say any questions text back. I texted them twice with no answer. I would not recommend this dealership. I’ve been coming here since 2014 the service has gone down hill since then More
