"Bad representation of a great brand"

They don't answer phones, the service is sub par and the staff is unprofessional. They seem to have issues keeping the good staff and replace is with substandard personnel. Truly a bad representation of a great brand!

My experience at Maserati of Stevens Creek, was great. I am very happy with my new 2017 Maserati Ghibli that I am now leasing. They have some excellent lease specials available that are very reasonably priced. If you have ever thought of owning and/or leasing a Maserati now is your chance! If you're in the market for a new luxury car don't think that think that purchasing a Maserati is out of reach. Their finance department worked with me and got me a great deal.

"Loyal Maserati customer- Lease 3rd car"

The dealership sales folks have really dropped in quality and they treat you like you are buying a economy car at the mass market dealership. Despite being a loyal Maserati customer who has bought my last car from here...the sales guy usually tries to sell you the cars on the lot on the last day fo the month and if you dont buckle never bothers to call you back. They are not a very nice representation of the maserati Brand.

"Horrible experience"

Was not too happy with the outcome. Poor communications, slow to respond, done like to negotiate with customers. Good luck for the success. They need some improvements.
