"Customer Focus / Persistance"
- gmanmaseratiI own a 2014 Maserati Gran Turismo Sport and several months ago I found a new set of original Maserati wheels that I wanted for my car. I contacted Joe and he order them for me from the factory in Italy. After a few weeks we received the first 2, but the second set of 2 took several additional months to arrive. Joe's persistence and follow up with multiple people at Maserati here in the USA and in Italy finally paid off and I just received those wheels. I relocated from Philadelphia to Chicago in August and Joe coordinated everything to make it happen for me here in Chicago. My GTS looks amazing and I could not be happier. It was a long wait but was well worth it. Joe made this happen for me and I am most appreciative.
