I've bought many new vehicles in my life but was never so very impressed with a dealership As I was with Mathews Nissan/Suzuki! Not only did I go back to the dealership with two friends and help them through the process but was blown away, because one of those friends had very poor credit but David Usry, Derick and the entire team seemed to come together and went to great lengths to make the sale happen for her. More than that, they even, (somehow,) stood true to their promise of getting anyone with any credit financed and managed to get her a fantastic interest rate. Less than a month later, my mother-in-law's car broke down and I ran straight down to Mathews and bought her a brand new car too. What's amazing is that David and the Mathews team sold me a sedan and an SUV, in less than two months and I'm actually paying less for both cars, (in payments and interest,) than I was for the old hatch back that I traded in! I've talked to the 2 friends who purchased their cars from them and they're actually happier with their cars than I think my family is. Free first vehicle service, customer loyalty fuel and a team that calls us about once a month to make sure there's nothing we need or need to know about our vehicles! This was my first time buying a car. I felt comfortable in the dealership and interacting with the employees. They did a good job explaining everything to me and clearly laying out all my options. Our sales guy Joe did a great job and gave us personal attention. He did everything he could from start to finish for us and we appreciate it very much. One complaint we do have and it has nothing to do with Joe, is our car was sent to get the wrap off of it and when we went to pick it up for the first time, underneath was scuffed very badly and there was chips in the paint of the hood. It was not like that when we agreed to buy it and signed all the paperwork. We were told that the manager said there was nothing they could do for it, so we pretty much just had to deal with it. I did receive a paint pen to correct the ships myself. As a person who just paid over $30,000 for a new car, I was and am still upset by this. I should not have paid that much for a car that was damaged while in the care of the dealership. While I will refer others to buy a car from Joe, I will not refer people to use that dealership. More
