Extremely hard to work with and don't care about their customers. I paid $7,000 over sticker for a vehicle there and bought the extended warranty, only to have them charge me $160 an hour for service tha customers. Took my truck in to get fixed. 37,000 miles on an F150 . Electrical issues. (Fault info provided by Ford Pass app and my own scanner as well as dash alerts) Made appointment with Mathews Ford two weeks in advance. About 10am I get a call from Curtis the service advisor that the oil was low? Said if I change the oil it would fix the problem. Being that I was a few 100 miles before needing an oil change I agreed. Didn't hear from him until the next day when I called him (3pm) and he told me the oil changed fixed the problem and they had to reprogram computer. Had to reprogram computer?, I thought. Wasn't the oil change the problem he said would fix it? At this point I knew they got me for an oil change that I didn't really want done with them. Normally takes an hour and half or more and it's too pricey. The next day I call and he says my trucks not done yet and he would call me tomorrow when it is done. The next day I get a call telling me that it's ready and Around 3pm I go in to get my truck thinking I'm just going to have to pay for an oil change. Nope it's $265, with my extended warranty Plus plan... so he claims it doesn't cover diagnostic fees. But when they sold me the extended warranty I was told I would pay Zero dollars if I took my truck to them, or $100 if I took it to another Ford dealership. Service advisor didn't advised me of this "new" diagnostic fee or changes in the policy before hand. So not only did they get me on this fee, they got me on the oil change that a reprogrammed computer fixed. Service advisor even changed the paperwork to say No oil in truck but nothing mentioned about reprogramming computer. And if it truly was out of oil, (which it wasn't) ,where did it go and why didn't they look for a problem?!? Obviously it's an issue if they claim no oil in less than 3 thousand miles! And he's not worried because it's a lie! Plus I was changed $27 dollars additional for hazardous waste removal ??? What was that??? USED OIL! Told the service advisor that I wouldn't be back and he said that if I didn't believe him that he didn't want me back. He did say he would give me a "discount" and I declined because thats not why I'm so ticked! He tried to make it my fault to back up his claim of "no oil" . I've rebuilt motors before so im not an idiot to checking oil. Im an electrician and have work on many systems including low volt system and I know system faults and electrical issues when I see it! Know who your talking to before you make accusations that you know nothing about! Everyone Please take note, Everytime I deal with these people I run into something shady! There are plenty of other dealerships you could go to without having to deal with this garbage. I would also advise you to NEVER buy an extended warranty Plus through them if they can't even honor the agreement of Zero cost . I'd also like to tell Saleman Jose that I was talking with, sorry , but I'm not buying my 4th vehicle with Mathews Ford . I'm going elsewhere! Bruce V More

We were in and out within 30 minutes, making it a painless process. I would definitely recommend them and will look to them for future purchases. More

Don't recommend either dealerships. We bought a used 2017 Ford Escape from Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow,OK on February 25 2020.It had about 43000 miles on it..We had strongly requested and purchased the Ford Premium Extended Warranty Plan 8 Broken Arrow,OK on February 25 2020.It had about 43000 miles on it..We had strongly requested and purchased the Ford Premium Extended Warranty Plan 8 years or 100000 miles. The cost of the Ford warranty was very pricey @ a cost of $ 2848.00 , but worth it, compared to purchasing an unknown after market vehicle warranty. The Ford warranty was included in the finance plan. We noticed that they kept pushing a Century car warranty. I kept insisting that was not what I wanted !! Moving ahead about 2 1/2 years and 55,000 miles on odometer, vehicle started misfiring and using cooant. Called Matthews Ford service department to get the vehicle diagnosed ad repaired. The service advisor, stated that there no Ford warranty on their Ford OASIS information program system, just an after market service plan on their private in house system,that we never purchased or wanted. The service advisor advised me see the F & I manager on the Ford premium care contract concern. I took of all of my paper work and fiance records to the fiance manager. He looked over the paper papers and stated that we were sold a new vehicle Ford extended warranty, and not the used Ford extended warranty. The person that did the paper work no longer works there. The finance manager removed the aftermarket warranty. He changed it into a used vehicle Ford premium care 4 year/48000 mile extended warranty.He deducted $1860.00 from the $2848.00 originally purchased warranty. So,we were charged on an aftermarket warranty that we did not purchased or fianced. My next step was to contact the dealership manager ( CW Evans ). We discussed my concerns. Mr. Evans said that he would not help on this matter and it cost the dealership to make the changes and that was all he was going to do ! It cost me over $950.00 for their mistake and incompetence !!! Ford buyers beware of Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow, Ok. Taking my vehicle to Bill Knight Tulsa, for diagnosis and repairs. More

Took my f150 Harley davidson edition in with security issues. They called a week later said the truck was fixed charged me almost 1600.00 dollars. My F150 had factory defects that were not any fault of Matthews Ford- but their repairs under warranty were completed poorly and required to spend money out of warranty as they do the bare minimum to get Matthews Ford- but their repairs under warranty were completed poorly and required to spend money out of warranty as they do the bare minimum to get you out and let warranty expire.
