Strut fix I had to go in twice just for 1 repair due to having bought an extended service contract on my Cadillac. The 1st was to say yes the struts were bad a I had to go in twice just for 1 repair due to having bought an extended service contract on my Cadillac. The 1st was to say yes the struts were bad and get approval from said contract company saying they would fix them and order parts. Went back on 2nd visit and that's where the mess started. I asked if they were going to send it out to a Cadillac dealership to fix and was told no they would figure it out some how. They are not familiar with Cadillac only to sell them it appeared. From 8 am till 6:30pm they had my car trying to fix it. The first issue was it took from 8 am till 5 for them to get everything set and fixed. It then took from 5 to 6:30 for them to give me a print out of an alignment they did too. I received the before printout after 20 mins but to get the after one took the rest of the time (70 mins). I was told they had to put it back on the machine but they were working on another car, then my car went on but it was a big deal to strap it on right. At one point I asked Mr. Fear, another service manager how long it took to do an alignment and was told 45mins to an hour and a half. This made me very upset cause it seemed at that point yes they put the car on the machine to see how bad it was initially, but it wasn't horrible so they truly didn't do the alignment cause it took so long with putting the struts on. I was then told by Mr. Fear could I please take it up with Bob (my service manager) cause he already had a bad day. Really? I then confronted Bob and didn't get a straight yes or no if the actual alignment was done only that they were trying to get it perfect so it would show on the sheet that it was good A.k.a do the alignment then. I unfortunately have to go back here to use my warranty but if I had the choice I never ever would..Ever! More

Nicholas Fear outstanding service manager I had not been to Fuccillo for two years having a bad experience with previous management right after purchasing my 2017 Santa Fe. I had to get an ins I had not been to Fuccillo for two years having a bad experience with previous management right after purchasing my 2017 Santa Fe. I had to get an inspection. Mr. Fear went out of his way even suggesting I take a loner for the next day. I lost my license somewhere and he went through the car himself trying to find it. After a lot of events everything was taken care of including 3 recalls. The point, I feel ,important was his continual polite efforts to help out. More
