Another "Issue" Arose Again I came in only for an inspection and an oil change. Once again another issue arose with the car. This time it was an issue costing over $100. The last I came in only for an inspection and an oil change. Once again another issue arose with the car. This time it was an issue costing over $100. The last time I came with a leaky tire that was under warrenty there happened another tire issue costing again over $100. I'm starting to get curious about these issues that keep coming up. They do good service but I'm starting to wonder now that Matthews has taken over. I was also told no one else would be there when I brought my car in because of the coronavirus and a person came in right before me. So much for caring for the customer's saftey. More

Wonderful service by staff when they work hard to create a welcoming environment while waiting for service. I appreciate the service technician that worked on my car because he was extremely knowledgeable a a welcoming environment while waiting for service. I witnessed your associates wiping down the bath room door handle and went in Thank you for continuing to service the customers during the cornavirus. I witnessed your associates wiping down the bath room door handle and went inside at least twice in my 1 1/2 hour visit. However customers needed to separate themselves 6 feet as chairs were positioned exactly as they were the last time I was there. Please discourage drinking (coffee station) as that was not cleaned and would be difficult to maintain and I am a coffee lover. Refrigerator items are a wonderful service during this time. Also after I left, I realized the the chair arms, the high table, where at least 2 different people sat were not cleaned. Please toss any reading material that may promote sharing of handled items. Otherwise, I saw service people with gloves, and seem to be practicing distance between others. My car was returned as was a detailed review of services done. Thank you again for all your efforts. May all your employees remain healthy and employed and I will see you again. More
