I ordered vehicle 2 years ago. I was told from the beginning that I could use friends & family discount from belonging to Mustang club. Sales staff was great. Eli and Zach were fantastic and helped us narrow down to one option that was close to the vehicle we wanted, minus the color and a seating option. My Eli and Zach were fantastic and helped us narrow down to one option that was close to the vehicle we wanted, minus the color and a seating option. My wife said a number that was a bit below the sticker price. Salesman comes back with not only a no to our offer, but the sales manager says there is a $7000 “market adjustment” above sticker. We would have likely paid full sticker price for the truck if they had stuck to it. But the last minute bait and switch with the over sticker “adjustment” was too much. We walked out the door and will find another truck even if we have to order it and pay more. More
