Overall Great Service We were looking for a new 2019 truck and was told be several other dealers that dealer trades could not be made on 2019s since the 2020s were out. After calling Max Ford, Trevor was able to locate two different vehicles with the options and color we were looking for. We felt good with the amount allotted for our trade and no hassle with the deal we made. The truck was picked up and ready for delivery within 3 days. Mason in finance was very thorough and helpful with alternate finance options and was able to get all paperwork completed within a reasonable time. The next day, the truck had to be service for a slight issue, and Henry explained issue while and had the part replaced in no time at all. More
