Ultimaltey, we bought a truck somewhere else, not because of Mike and or the dealership, we simply found a truck that matched what we wanted more than the one they had listed. Friendly Service - Terrible Website Pricing Drove down from WI to buy an Outlander GT. Worked with Michael, who was awesome. He was new, but knew the Outlander inside and out. Michael and Ken, the finance guy did everything they could to get us exactly what we wanted. The reason this review isn't 5 star is due to the pricing on the website. The price includes a bunch of discounts that barely anyone would qualify for. Including some random discount for current Mitsubishi owners affected by some wiper recall. This should NOT be included in an advertised price to the general public. When I called them out on the misleading marking policy, I was given the excuse "Everybody does it." This is incorrect. Other dealers will list out the rebates separately. I hope they change their ways with the marketing policies. The Outlander is a great car and we love it so far. More

Horrible Service A few months back I took my vehicle into this dealership to have an extended service, allowing the service manager to drive my vehicle home. My vehicl A few months back I took my vehicle into this dealership to have an extended service, allowing the service manager to drive my vehicle home. My vehicle was returned full of animal hair which I am allergic to. They attempted to blame the issue on a really old cabin air filter however regardless of how old it was, it never caused me problems before. So for a few months I had to suffer with allergies every time I drove my vehicle due to negligence on their service. The Manager attempted to have my vehicle cleaned however I didn't solve the problem. This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with a dealership. More

Real, the way it should be I bought a manual 2010 Suzuki sx4 with 47k on it. The place was nice (free bbq too) and the salesman was great. Got a fair price and the car is in excellent shape and running great after 6 months. Have yet to find a single issue. This is the 1st car I bought for myself and man I got lucky. Had a good feeling in my gut the whole time I was there. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot. More

We started shopping for a used car on the internet - from the first email response I sent Max Madsen to the actual purchase of the car; they were friendly, responsive, efficient and fair. This has been by far the best car purchase experience I've had. We worked with Elwira and Rory in Sales, Delyan the Used Car Manager and Ken in Finance. What a great team! I would recommend them to anybody and will definately come back. More

Best experience at a dealership. I emailed with Ricky before even stepping foot in the dealership as a friend of mine had referred me to him and the dealership. He mentioned that he was in a similar sit before even stepping foot in the dealership as a friend of mine had referred me to him and the dealership. He mentioned that he was in a similar situation where he was upside down in his car loan. So I emailed to see if it would be possible to move into something new, so he was aware of my situation before going to the dealership. Then, when I got there, I hadn't really gotten out of my car before we were warmly greeted and then directed to the refreshments inside and to Ricky. I was able to go over more facts about my situation, they appraised my car and worked for a me to get me into a new car and a reasonable car payment. I told them my limitations and they did the best they could to get me in a new car. They were not pushy, very friendly, and even gave my daughter some food from their lunch ordered for the staff. The finance guy was very helpful and again didn't push any agendas and helped me keep my payment right where I wanted it. So in the end, I got out of my old car which I was essentially paying only interest on, and got into a brand new car at a great rate at the payment I was already willing to pay before I made it there. Nice guys, nice store, nice interactions with them. Totally would recommend them to anyone! More
