We needed to buy 2 new cars and purchased a 2018 Elantra Special Edition and also a 2017 Sonata Sport 2.0t. The initial sales person was a trainee but since this was complicated Felix and Albert worked with us to get the cars we wanted and a great price. Also since the Elantra was a surprise for our daughter in college they even let us borrow a bow to put on the car so we could surprise her.

Purchasing a car can bring forth many complex feelings, though thankfully we were greeted with warmth which helped to alleviate any apprehension. Reggie glided from the back of the dealership with confidence and an immediate desire to help us select the right vehicle. He showed us several cars that spawned interest, and all were of a high order taste yet affordable. I have a strong BS meter that often beeps right away, yet with Reggie I felt as though he was dealing in honesty. We spoke as equals, not in the usual condescending knowledgeable sales man talking down to the car buyer. He was patient and kind, as we went through the process of buying a 2017, firey red beautiful Hyundai Elantra. After the sell was made, he didn't toss us like a rejected one night stand (haha), he stuck around and answered all questions issued about the vehicle. As a matter of fact, he sat in the car and explained different functions that was foreign to us. The whole process took less than 1 hr and 30mins. Purchasing a car can be stressful for many different reasons, and it surely helps when you arrive at a place with confident, respectful, kind, patient, knowledgeable sales people. I can honestly say as we waited during the processing of paperwork, we were greeted by several employees. Reggie exemplified professionalism, good taste, leadership, and a willingness to ensure we left the dealership happy with a car. The same level of kindness he exudes after one question is the same level of kindness he'll exude after your 50th question. This is the second car we've purchased at this location. Thank you Reggie.
