When I mentioned purchasing a vehicle at a competing dealer that had a better out-the-door price, I was told to go buy with them. How can you expect to sell vehicles if you're treating your customers li dealer that had a better out-the-door price, I was told to go buy with them. Coming to do trans service, got me wait 2hrs n plus to tell me manufacture dont do it. Wtheck!!! Okay but why dont tell me before making app n waste My time!! Beware if buying out your lease! I was tacked on an extra $1500 in dealer fees which is not in the original lease contract. It is ILLEGAL for dealerships to do this and Mazda of Nort I was tacked on an extra $1500 in dealer fees which is not in the original lease contract. It is ILLEGAL for dealerships to do this and Mazda of North Miami is doing it for anyone buying out their leases. I will NEVER take my business to Mazda of North Miami again. Shame on you. More
