We just purchased our 1st new car in 15 years from Community Mazda. There is a Mazda dealer closer to our home, but we had heard good things about Community. Our purchase was one of "Murphy's Law". This could have been a terribly stressful situation. But thanks to the diligence of our Salesman, Dan Stelmach and General Sales Manager Lou Renfroe, we now own our absolutely beautiful 2014 Red Mazda6G. These two bent over backwards to make our purchase work, from finding our car in a matter of weeks rather than months, to providing a loaner when our purchase hit a snag. Thank you is not enough for their patience and hard work. These guys are the best. We will recommend Community to everyone and anyone who asks about our gorgeous new car. Thanks again guys. More

After having my Pontiac Grand Am for ten years it was time for a new car. I was looking for something similar and was deciding between the Dart, Cruze, Scion, and Mazda3. I ended up buying the Mazda3 s time for a new car. I was looking for something similar and was deciding between the Dart, Cruze, Scion, and Mazda3. I ended up buying the Mazda3 s Grand Touring. It was the only car that I could get all features I wanted in it including navigation, backup camera, Bluetooth, and an awesome BOSE sound system for the same price as the other cars. Dan Stelmach was the dealer who helped me. He took time to meet with me and discuss what options I could get in the car. Unlike other dealerships I had gone to, he did not put pressure on me for the sale. After buying the car he made sure he took time to go over how to use all the features in the car with me. I have had the car for a few weeks now and when I had questions about the car, he responded to me right away. I had a million questions about the final price, the financing and other small questions. He even took the time to talk on the phone to my family member who always guides me in big purchases. I first went to a Mazda dealership in bourbonnaise in search of a hard top Miata. I customized my miata through the web site and went in for help seeing if I could place an order. They sort of tried but couldn't even get a call back from whatever phone number they were calling to. They even tried calling the factory direct but no luck. They kept me in the dark waiting for days and never did seem to try to get the hard top. All they had was a soft top sport model that I really didn't want. Their service department has a lot to be desired? Anyone can sell a preconditioned car, but there are times when a customer wants their car customized. I waited another week, then went back online where my luck changed for the better, Community Mazda did have hard top (not my color of choice) but was willing to make a deal for a discounted price. I then decided to go with the discount as long as they added an appearance package to go with it. They ordered the parts and had it done in about a week. I am now very pleased with the results. I got the car I wanted. They were willing to order another car to my choosing but I decided to go with what they had and to customize it to my liking. Community Mazda was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in explaining how everything worked. What a difference in the two dealerships. I guess it pays to be persistant. I almost went somewhere else but decided to stick it out because I really did want a hard top Miata. I paid cash. Community Mazda made a sale and I got my dream car that I've been waiting 2 yrs to buy. Everything worked out great, thanks. More

I have experienced dealerships that had all kinds of tactics in selling cars some not so good. I am delighted to tell you about Community Mazda and the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. My salesman was Ernie he is just the type of person I like as a salesman, knowledgeable and helpful and did not put any pressure on me, what a relief. Ernie listened to what I said and almost instantly came up with a plan to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. It did not take long to get things rolling. Ernie introduced me to Dan another salesman at Community Mazda. Dan handled most of my car purchase and now I feel like I have a friend in the business. Dan is friendly and knows his stuff and presents it like he has been a friend of yours for years. I do not rate places very often so for me to take this time to type this says a lot. If you are looking for an excellent dealership with good guys that are truly helpful this is the place. The most important thing is Mazda's are great cars! I did my homework and the choice was and will be simple, Community Mazda. More
