We have spoken with Robert to ensure he doesn't imply otherwise when speaking with a customer. Sorry to hear of your concern. We obliviously would like to get your USB issue resolved whether it was a new purchase or you are a existing customer. I spoke with John ad he tested the USB port 3 times with 3 different devices. All three times it worked as designed. Can I schedule a time to review it with you personally? I understand it's a issue when pairing to your phone but do you also have the ability to take a video of this occurring to help us diagnose it?
