Do not buy a used car from this dealer. We were sold a 2022 Cadillac Escalade for $96K. Advertised as clean title, with a five year unlimited mileage warranty. The problems with the vehicle started as soon as we left the dealership. No heat, engine power down, weird brake feel, systems that need serviced. After WE contacted a local auto shop. Come to find out the engine and BCM were completely replaced less than 100 miles ago. After finding out this information and letting the dealership know of all the problems, they then told us this car was actually a GM buyback and would have a branded title. They claimed they did not know. Although we were provided with a 172 point inspection that says everything with the vehicle including title were checked and were clean. So what are they lying about? They sold the vehicle without actually doing the inspection and lied, or did they know about the status and did not figure we would find out? Not to mention there was very unprofessional behavior while we were at the dealership. My wife was walking around with our toddler and one of the managers was overheard saying inappropriate comments about how he was sure my wife would have better credit due to our difference in careers. The same manager would later be seen picking up a much younger female associate over his head which is just inappropriate in a professional setting. At the end of the day the one thing this dealer did do is get our trade back to us and take the car back. They refused to do anything about our credit being ran though. Also the Escalade was seen listed with the same listing the day after we dropped it back off. More
