I came for a oil change and tire rotation and when I left I thought my car sounded load but it was not till my husband heard it that I thought this is not right ! I drive a van and it sounds like a truck ! So I texted Jonathan and he told me to swing by it took me a week to swing by and when I did he lifted my hood and the service technicians FAILED to clip my air filter hood on ! It was completely loose . 5 stars for Jonathan the service advisor !! Zero stars on the mechanics !! BUT I WILL NEVER BUY A DODGE AGAIN . 2 nd van in last 3 years and the dodge vans are not made well at all More

The people are super nice but the service is incredibly slow. Nearly EVERY service appointment has lasted double the time initially quoted. In fact, I was floored when my last oil change only took an hour. My latest appointment was at 9:30 and was quoted to be 1 1/2 hours. A little after 2:00, I called to give them an hours notification that I was coming to get my car. (This was after I called at noon to check on it.) Luckily they had it finished and ready for me. More

After a while, I seen that my car had been brought out which meant to me that it must be finished and that I would be told. I waited. Finally, I asked the cashier about my car, she went to find my paperwork and keys were left on the service reps desk. She had someone lese close it out. After I left, I checked the car inspection sheet and noticed that there were some areas that were checked yellow. How come no one went over this with me and advised me the status? More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER! We bought a car today, and it was the best car buying experience we've ever had. My husband contacted Les on Friday to let him know which cars we had We bought a car today, and it was the best car buying experience we've ever had. My husband contacted Les on Friday to let him know which cars we had been researching online and when we would be coming to look at them. My husband said Les was so personable on the phone he knew he was going to like him right away. He was right! When we arrived on Saturday morning Les was ready for us with the cars we requested to look at and a great big smile. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Les was also patient and answered all of our questions. After our test drive we knew we had found the car for us. The rest of the buying process was as smooth and positive as the first part. Les was with us every step of the way keeping us informed and making sure we understood all of our options. When it was time to meet with Chris in finance he was as friendly, patient, and helpful as Les. Both people were very informed and helped make it a positive experience. While we were doing paper work the finishing touches were being put on the car we were buying and it was ready to when we were finished. It was s wonderful experience and we look forward to returning to the dealership for future purchases or business when needed. More
