2017 Titan XD Cummins Diesel contaminated DEF Bought a brand new truck from salesman Eric Gully who knew very little about what he was Selling , but since I had done my research I knew some. I was told that a survey would follow in several weeks and if I didn’t mind to marking all 10’s as a score anything less is considered a fail. I’m easy going so I scored all 10’s Purchased on Friday finally got the kinks out and drove home Monday. Noticed that bed of pickup was scratched and planned on getting bed liner so no worries. Diesel tank was filled as was DEF tank. 1100 miles later DEF tank level has not moved And I thinking boy this uses so little of this Diesel Emissions Fluid and low and behold DEF failure error warning displays on my warning panel to see dealership. Light checked at local official Nissan dealer who informed me that tank had been filled with unknown contaminate and is not warranted I was told be Briggs that a tank of DEF would last 5000 miles so I had no concern. Somebody at Briggs put the wrong fuel in DEF and I can’t prove it. My bill so far For is $2400 after spending $40,000 on a new truck because of somebody’s screw up. Take the time to ask them about the salesman who put regular Gas in a Diesel apparently thinking BP is a Diesel station???( this guy sells cars now) They laughed about until it happens to you. Terrible experience overall... drive to Topeka Capital Nissan for a better experience. More

I should have known they would win out, this is the 3rd Nissan we have bought at this dealership. When we finally did decide, Adam and others made the process simple and easy to complete. Will definitely return for next car! More
Worst Ever Customer Service! DO NOT GO TO BRIGGS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! We went and purchased a 2017 Nissian Sentra. We signed paperwork and went home. We went a DO NOT GO TO BRIGGS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! We went and purchased a 2017 Nissian Sentra. We signed paperwork and went home. We went and continued to drive the car for 2 months to and from work and errands and such. We then had to redo paperwork two different times. Finally when the 60 day tag was about to expire we called and tried to figure out a solution. A couple days after calling repeatedly we received a call back on Dec. 13th saying we had to give Briggs 2000 dollars or bring the car back because they couldn't get the financing figured out and accepted or whatever. We returned the car on Dec 14th and since then we have been calling and calling and calling to get our down payment back. It took Briggs a matter of days to remove the money from my account but after 2 weeks I still do not have my money back but not to worry I'm told the check has been mailed but it's in my dad's name so how exactly am I supposed to get my money. Thank you for making it impossible for us to get another car, and for ruining Christmas, Briggs, way to go with your 100% customer satisfaction, except not. Oh and why would let someone drive a car for 2 months if you couldn't get the financing figured out. Seriously! More
Fiasco Called today to find out about the availability of a vehicle I'd seen on their website. They said it was available. I asked them to double check because I was going to be driving 70 miles to look at it. They double checked and confirmed that it was there. I arrived 90 minutes later and was told it had sold and that they didn't have it there when I had called either, but asked if I'd be interested in some conferrable options. The manager asked me not to curse at him, at which point I left. They called me while I was on my way back home to say there had been a miscommunication and that the truck I came to see WAS still there, and that they had looked for the wrong one before. Ouch! They apologized and said if I was still interested they could throw in some oil changes. OMG. Like oil changes would mean jack crap to me when I live 70 miles away. Brilliant. Steer clear of this mess, whatever you do. More
