After being turned down countless times from different dealerships it was almost seeming hopeless to either trade in my car or even refinance; but thankfully on a whim I contacted McDonald and was able to meet with Shauna to see what my options were. I will admit, I was discouraged at first; but by the next day she contacted me with the good news that she was able to secure a deal for me to refinance my car at a lower Rate and lowered my monthly payment substantially which was a financial blessing in it's self. Used Chevrolet Silverado After visiting 3 other dealerships and to try and get out of my lease, (I had 7 months left at the time I turned my car in, and I was over 7,000 miles After visiting 3 other dealerships and to try and get out of my lease, (I had 7 months left at the time I turned my car in, and I was over 7,000 miles on my total allotted miles), I had thought about just paying out the difference in miles when it was time to turn it in because I was frustrated with the options made available to me by the other dealerships, my dad actually recommended going to McDonald GMC because he had recently bought a vehicle there and he said they were phenomenal. Grant, Juan, and the rest of the McDonald team listened and understood my situation, were all extremely helpful and communicative, and actually found me a vehicle the same day!
