I love McDonald KIA!! I originally went in to have service work done on my 2014 KIA Cadenza and ended up purchasing a 2015 KIA Cadenza. Everyone at this dealership is alwa I originally went in to have service work done on my 2014 KIA Cadenza and ended up purchasing a 2015 KIA Cadenza. Everyone at this dealership is always helpful and friendly. Cole Fader is a salesman at the GMC store but was able to sell me my 2015 KIA Cadenza that was on the KIA lot. Cole was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. When he found out that I was interested in this car, he took the time to research information on it before I arrived to talk to him. I also want to appreciate Ryan and Raj for helping us as well. This was the first KIA Cole had sold since he has been with McDonald and they were both very helpful and willing to help and teach Cole the KIA side of the business. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from McDonald KIA and will definitely go back. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family as they provide excellent customer service! More

Just needed a new headlight. :-) I had made an appointment to get the headlight bulb changed in my Kia Optima. While my husband and I were waiting for this to be done we decided to l I had made an appointment to get the headlight bulb changed in my Kia Optima. While my husband and I were waiting for this to be done we decided to look at new cars. I knew that I was probably going to need to start considering something different and wanted to test drive a Cadenza. This is when we had the privilege of meeting Brad Jeske. Brad was extremely friendly and very attentive to what were looking at and looking for. We told him up front that we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle on this day and he was respectful of that. As I explained to him that I was wanting to drive a Cadenza to compare it to my Optima, he looked at me and said follow me I have something to show you. He showed me a 2014 Cadenza that had just come in as a trade in. He let us take it for a test drive, still not pressuring us to buy as he knew that was not our intent for the day. Through out the test drive Brad was able to point out the amazing features of this beautiful car and answer all of our questions about the technology that came with it. Long story-short....Brad never pressured us to buy a vehicle from him, he is extremely knowledgeable of the product he is selling and great to work with. I drove the Cadenza home that day. Brad worked hard to make sure the car was ready for me to drive home that day as it was so new to them that it still needed to be cleaned. Thanks Brad for a great experience!!! I love my new car!!
