Tasha was great. She assisted me as soon as I pulled into the service department. While waiting a sales associate offered to show me the new inventory of cars. I was not interested in purchasing at the time, which he understood without applying pressure. The turn around time for service was fast and all of my concerns were addressed. I plan to make this my Nissan dealership and transfer from Newnan due to the excellent customer service provided. The only thing they were missing, snacks and beverages during the wait. More

Adam Hubbard with Nissan Service Department in McDonough is one of the best in the field. Whenever I go there he is always happy and willing to help. I was concern with a noise I heard while driving and aft is one of the best in the field. Whenever I go there he is always happy and willing to help. I was concern with a noise I heard while driving and after he had a technician inspect it I quickly realized the piece that needed repairing was not a quick fix. He got the pieced ordered and kept me up to date with how things was going. My last experience at a different dealer I had to call and check on my car. Adam let me what was going on and this eased my mind. I highly recommend Adam Hubbard with Nissan McDonough to all those looking for a long term partnership when it come to keeping your car up to date. He is my go to. More

they scammed me with 2446$, I took my car because the check engine light was on, they charged me 185$ only for the diagnosis then they gave me an estimate of 2446$, they assured me that the car would pas check engine light was on, they charged me 185$ only for the diagnosis then they gave me an estimate of 2446$, they assured me that the car would pass the emission, when I picked up the car the engine light was off, I took it to the emission test and it did not pass again, they just unplugged the battery so that the engine light would not turn on, I took it again and they told me that now it is a sensor and they gave me another estimate for $600 moreover, I asked to speak with the supervisor of the service department and they did not solve the problem of the car, apart from a racist treatment the supervisor gave me the keys and told me to withdraw from the dealer and they would not return my money, professional scammers. I brought my vehicle in February 7 because my check engine light was on. The problem was a bad O2 sensor which I had replaced exactly one year ago. The part was ordered and I brought the vehicle back t engine light was on. The problem was a bad O2 sensor which I had replaced exactly one year ago. The part was ordered and I brought the vehicle back this morning for the repair which I was told would take about 2 hours. I arrived at 8:30am it is now 2:53pm and the repair is still not complete. This is by far the worst service visit that I have ever experienced. For it to take over 6 hours to get a repair which was supposed to be only 2 hours is unacceptable. More
