The exchange at the dealership made me feel defensive, like I had to prove what was agreed (which I did since I had the texts) I wonder how often this practice occurs?? Needless to say I am not giving this dealership my business. More

I had my car serviced on June 12, 2020. I was surprised to see that my service rep and some others in the service area were not wearing masks. This really concerned me because masks are worn for others, n to see that my service rep and some others in the service area were not wearing masks. This shows a real lack of the customer focus I have experienced in the past and the reason I have purchased my lat three vehicles at the St Charles dealership. More
