I want to give a note of appreciation to two people who have helped me out! First of all, I was having a problem pairing my new cell phone to my new Lexus. Ashley who answered my call was so very helpful have helped me out! First of all, I was having a problem pairing my new cell phone to my new Lexus. She is the first one I talked to (she patiently listened) about the problem I was having, and immediately checked who was in to help with my problem and made sure to get a note to them to call me. I recently had an appointment for service/repairs on my new (used) Lexus. Rita Barkstrom was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me figure out how all of the functions in my car worked. I d new (used) Lexus. I have rated this dealership with all 5's because they gave great service. I brought the care in because of what I thought was a scratch but turned out to be something else, whereas washing the care and d gave great service. I took my car in for service on February 29. I recieved a report that showed what service needed to be done on my suv. In August I had my suv serviced and they gave me a report that showed that I needed $370 report that showed what service needed to be done on my suv. In August I had my suv serviced and they gave me a report that showed that I needed $3705.00 worth of work. On the new report all those problems are gone even though I never had the repairs done. They are recommending work that does not need to be done in the hope of increasing service revenue. More

I went in for an oil change and asked Paul Tuffner to check out the car as my daughter was taking it back to school the next day. Paul indicated that he would be happy too with no additional cost. They found the front brakes in need of replacement and the rears would follow shortly. Unfortunately, the rotors were shot. I wanted to know the value of the car which Paul helped with Kelly Blue Book. I had my reservation that my 2001 was not worth the price of repair. My RX300 held value and made it worth my money. But the other constraint was that I needed the car back in 4 hours (service was closing) and needed to be used to "get my daughter back to school." Talk about someone that was not looking to push you into repairs but was honestly trying to help. The effort was appreciated as the brakes on the 2001 were repaired with two mechanics teaming up. I appreciated the attention to customer service which resulted in me bring my RX350 in for a complete service the following day. Did I want to spend the money...no, but I needed to have complete confidence my cars were in good running order. Mr. Tuffner at McGrath was looking after my best interests and exceeded my expectations as a service consultant. More
