Don't trust them. While negotiating the purchase of a 2018 Volvo S90 with 36k miles, I twice asked about the condition of the brakes. I was assured they were fine. Aft While negotiating the purchase of a 2018 Volvo S90 with 36k miles, I twice asked about the condition of the brakes. I was assured they were fine. After driving about 5k miles, another Volvo dealer told me that I needed brakes, rotors, a shock and new tires. $2,400. Calls to McGrath (18) went unreturned. Finally, I was told they'd do nothing. After a bad review on their website, a GM (Troy Hancock) replied to call him. I did...4 times. Eventually a different manager called me to again tell me they'd do nothing. I wasn't looking for $2,400 but something should have been done. More
