Liz was personable and relatable. Even though the process took some time even the silence which there was just the right amount was comfortable with her felt familiar. One thing was I was told the car would be detailed before I got it and perhaps they rushed just a bit it was mostly clean but minor details . I’m so happy with my purchase !
