Doug has the worst attitude and customer service. He treats women like they don’t know anything about cars. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. I've run out of adjectives for how bad the service was I received. It begins with trying to schedule an appointment. The text and automated systems make it impossible to talk to a real person, and no mess received. It begins with trying to schedule an appointment. I had to call the customer relations manager, who told me to expect poor service because they were understaffed. My vehicle needed an oil change and a recall item. I told the service adviser I needed to wait since I live over 90 minutes from their location. When arriving, waited at the counter over 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. Vehicle got taken in. After couple hours, service adviser tells me they have ruined the front tire on the lift, but they can't get a new tire and I'll have to come back in two days. I ask to inspect the wheel finish for any damage, but they can't find it. As always, when I call back the next day on status of tire repair, nobody will respond. I could go on, but know this: for an oil change and a "free" recall item - I walked out of that dealership after three days paying $1,000. Oh, and when I checked the credit card receipt, found a 3% surcharge added for using a credit card. Perfect. Don't say you weren't warned. I did not believe the other reviews, but now I know better. Never will go back again for anything. More

I agree with a previous post that the automated messaging system is horrible. You can not call and talk to a person, you have to leave a message or agree to be contacted by text. Every time I would agreed to text, the conversation would get dropped by the service department. I took my truck in for an oil change and servicing then they found additional work that needed to be done. They acted like that work could get done in a timely manor and I agreed to the work. They strung me along for five weeks and then stopped responding to my text or voice mails. At the end of the five weeks, I went and retrieved my truck. All that time and none of the additional repairs had been preformed or the servicing I originally brought it in for. Now I'm on the search for a new dealer to work with. More

I brought my truck in for an oil change and trie rotation. I had received a “free” oil change coupon in the mail, and I followed the directions on the coupon of presenting to the service Desk. None rotation. I had received a “free” oil change coupon in the mail, and I followed the directions on the coupon of presenting to the service Desk. None of the service advisors had heard of the coupon and neither had the service manager. I still left the truck there to have it serviced. About 45 minutes later I received a text from the adviser stating the “tech is suggesting new lug nuts, because the current lug nuts are swollen, and Swell over time. The new Lug nuts will be $216.80.” So after purchasing a $70,000 truck with a wheel and tire insurance, buying the first and only set of replacement tires from the dealer, and this dealer being the only shop to touch the lug nuts, they want the customer to pay for faulty parts? The tires had been rotated approximately 3,500 miles earlier by the same shop With No problems whatsoever. Then, once I return to the service shop (without getting tires rotated), I am told the oil change coupon is a sales Promotion and I will need to talk with a sales person before I am able to use the coupon.
