Best Honda dealership in Little Rock I have taken my Honda Accord to McLarty Honda sense 2010. The service department are friendly, considerate and down to earth people. I'm a friendly pe I have taken my Honda Accord to McLarty Honda sense 2010. The service department are friendly, considerate and down to earth people. I'm a friendly person, therefore my service rep always gets a good laugh when I come. The mechanics work as fast as possible to get you in and out. Also the checkout personnel ask about the service received and if everything was okay. I will only go to McLarty Honda. Great serv8ce More

Terrible terrible terrible It took TWO HOURS to change a single tire WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Highly Suspect Inspection on Used Cars They claim to do inspections on their used cars but could not actually produce the inspection report. The mechanic and sales person couldn't even agre They claim to do inspections on their used cars but could not actually produce the inspection report. The mechanic and sales person couldn't even agree on how many points were on the inspection. Once this was pointed out the sales manager, Reese, stooped to personal insults to explain why I didn't deserve good service. You can only imagine that they really had something to hide. More

I spent over a month calling, leaving voicemails, submitting requests online and emailing to finally get the one piece of paper I was asking for. I emailed the GM and called and still never received a response. I guess when your GM has no sense of customer service that gives everyone else in the company the freedom to have no customer service as well. I would not suggest purchasing from this dealership. More
