They gave me discount after discount and fixed numerous things free of charge (oil change, wipers, new wire harness, etc...). In today's market with offerings of so many cheap poor quality replacement parts from China, it is critical that your repair shp has pride in what they do. Believe me, maintenance on a low mileage car is very important. Plastic, fluids, brakes, battery need maintenace from little use. Thank you for the pleasure of keeping my older Mercedes convertible, and my great sedan. If I relied on the dealer who pays a commission to a "servie advisor" on what he charges this would not be possible. Yes, that is how new car dealers work; their service advisors are paid a commission for what they sell you, they have never held a wrench in their hand. I have a 2002 Audi A4 that needed some work on the exhaust as well as a leak from the front of the car. The thing I liked best about my experience was that I didn't feel like I was dealing with a sleezy car dealer/mechanic who tries to screw customers and make a quick buck. My family has bought 4 cars from Medway Imports over the past 12 years. The price has always been good and under the Blue Book value. My last car that I bought was so well priced that my credit union gave me a reduced loan rate. We also service our cars at Medway Imports. Cost is reasonable and quality is good. Over the last year I started having my cars detailed there and now even use them for my tires. One interesting note for Elcipse owners. I have 2000 Elcipse GT and my dealer went out of business so I started having that car serviced at Medway. The Eclipse was a good value, looked great with good acceleration, but I always wanted high performance handling. When it came time to replace my shocks and struts I had Barry research out some options. He set the car up with new low profile springs, koni shocks and struts and hevay duty sway bars. Wow! I smile every time I drive the car. Just so my neighbors could appreciate my joy I had Barry put in a new free flow exhuast system. I am a happy guy. More
