Member Car prices their cars to be internet competitive so there was a slim margin to negotiate price. There was a tad bit of "wiggle room" and David was negotiable. We took the car "as is" with a small amount of detailing to be completed at a future date. We just had the work done this last weekend and they did a superb job and even replaced the batteries in the key fobs. The staff is friendly and know their jobs. I would highly recommend this company for a purchase. More

I recently purchased a 2011 BMW M3 from MemberCar. I rarely post positive reviews so if I'm posting a positive review it really means that the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Maddie and Tyler were exceptional in their service and made the sales experience superb. The service department was finishing up replacing the rotors and I asked if I could see the car on the lift. Without hesitation they said yes. I was able to inspect the car and even chat with the service tech who prepped the car. The entire staff was friendly and easily approachable. I was allowed to take the M3 on a test drive and Maddie pointed me in the right direction to get to the closest highway so I could ensure the car was exactly what I wanted. I came back excited to buy the car and there were no hidden fees or surprises. They charged a dealer fee which was listed on their website and also provided to me the first time I asked via email earlier that day. I knew exactly what I was getting and the exact price I was paying for it. No one at MemberCar pressured me in any direction and they even encouraged me to get a PPI from a mechanic to ensure I absolutely knew was I was getting. The next time I need a car I'll be sure to reach out to them to see if they have or can get what I'm looking for. Excellent Dealership Yesterday morning I didn't wake up expecting to purchase an SUV, but boy I sure did! While reading my email, an advertisement for a nice Nissan Rogue Yesterday morning I didn't wake up expecting to purchase an SUV, but boy I sure did! While reading my email, an advertisement for a nice Nissan Rogue at Member Car appeared. I clicked on the ad and I was hooked on the vehicle. I immediately called and within the hour I was test driving the vehicle. Within two hours of my initial call, I was trading in my small car and signing the papers for the SUV. Yes, that easy! Jordan was my salesman, but everyone in the office helped out. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE at all! I loved that the staff didn't have to dress up in suits and ties but allowed to dress business casual. Their attire fit perfectly with their personalities......kind, funny, respectful, helpful, and was able to answer any of my questions. I will definitely recommend Member Car to my family and friends.
