I just had service done on my vehicle with Juliana, she was excellent. The loaner car was awesome. There is no reasons to go anywhere else for service. My son and I do most of are own work on are cars brought my Mercedes e350 up after putting plate conductor in transmission my self not a hard job was 2.5 hours from start to finish but the part needed to be my Mercedes e350 up after putting plate conductor in transmission my self not a hard job was 2.5 hours from start to finish but the part needed to be programmed to the car sooo this is where the issue started your not to run the car to till it is programmed to the the car because it could further damage other things towed it up to get programmed and they did but after programming you have to run and heat the fluid up to temp and put it into each gear to fill all the components up with the fluid they didn't do that when picked up they brought it around with two low tires and a check engine light on and stuck in limp mode and told me for 2500. The one solenoid is bad they filled the tires andi drove it down the street in limp mode to warm it up and stop and run in though the gears and drive it home just fine and they was told this before it went into shop they said it also has a sun roof recall and they did the work for that few days later wheather was nice but know sun roof won't work now all this was documented by my son and I will not go back to the repair shop there let alone give any new business on any new or used cars their lost More
