"Awesome experience, every time"

Took my vehicle in for B service. Appointment was on time and they were ready for me with my reserved loaner car and I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes. They call to update me on service and gave me a time that was flexible but I can pick my vehicle up. Great doing business with D'Arcy. We took care of everything and was very professional.

"Unplanned stop, effectively managed"

Stopped in for replacement of a burned out bulb on the right front side of the bumper. Took about an hour, as I hadn't scheduled -- the light came on during my drive up from New Orleans. In and out, pleasant visiting on a Friday afternoon w/ my usual service advisor and her junior colleague, both of whom have fresh babies in their lives! Yeeeeaaahhh! NOTE: I did not rate Quality of Work because we're talking a light bulb here! I expect it'll still be ok in a week, in which case it was perfect! But I won't know that for a week, so don't take the lack of a rating as a negative.

The Dealer was very courteous and informative when it came to explaining my car recalls. They provided a loaner vehicle which was very nice. The estimates on additional services needed on my car was done very professionally with no pressure to perform that day.
