It was a very busy day at the dealership but Ghali took the time to make me feel comfortable. He was very courteous, extremely professional and treated me like royalty! I was interested in a C300 and expressed what features I wanted on the car. Ghali's knowledge of the product was superlative and he answered all of my questions with ease. I test drove a couple of cars and never felt rushed or having the usual sales pressure of "what will it take to earn your business today?" I knew I had made the right choice with Mercedes.
