As usual, my experience with sales person, Brian Clark, and the sales manager and as excellent! They made the process simple and positive. I think Brian may be the best sales person I've ever worked with.
My wife and I have purchased a number of used and new cars from Mercedes of Des Moines. The entire staff is always very helpful and go out of there way to make sure that we are taken care of.
Phil Jansma works very hard to make sure that the service work being done is explained before the work is performed.
Two recall notices were completed. While waiting, I made use of the new coffee maker, visited with my salesman Jonathan, and caught up on the new models on the showroom floor. I was then on my way in short order with a just washed GLE300d.

Mercedes Benz continues to earn my business. They are a great dealership. I really feel like they are interested in me and I trust them with my car. The Service manager and all the advisors are top notch. I've never felt like they would ever recommend anything my car didn't really need.
This is my first experience buying a car from Mercedes of Des Moines. I buy over 15 cars a year because I have the resources to indulge myself, and I love cars. The dealership was VERY responsive to my needs, and more importantly they didn't waste my time and make me wait forever during the negotiation process or during delivery. My salesman was awesome, and the financial manager made me feel like family.
Bought 2008 lexus from Mercedes Benz of Des moines and also purchased extended warranty from them. Big mistake. Have a problem that needs a computer scan. It has to be done by a Lexus dealer which happens to be across the street. I call Mercedes and they say take to Lexus dealer. I make appointment for next day. They read my ex warranty and call warranty company that tells them if it's within 40 miles Mercedes has to take to Lexus dealer. I take it to Mercedes and they say that's not so. They offer to make another appointment for the next day but after wasting a half day already I say no. Everybody at both dealerships were polite but the bottom line is my car still needs serviced. I'm glad I can still drive it. NEVER buy extended warranty. It's kinda like - I've got your money and you're on the back burner. Come back when you're looking to buy.
