We had once a bad experience and filled a complaint form, the response of the Quality Assurance team was impressive: immediate, consistent, coherent with their brand. Amazing!
What I like the most is that it is all included, they never ask for more like other dealers do, you pay the price, but the price includes everything, no small letters, no hidden stuff.
They go out of their way to meet your needs. A week ago we upgraded our C-class to an SL, the most amazing deal we've ever done. Pam Lanier took amazing care during the whole process, she really did everything possible (and impossible) to close the deal as smooth and possible and we got an amazing service, worthy of the Mercedes Benz Brand. We didn't even have to move away from home.
Our family has owned Mercedes since the 70's. They are amazing machines and have an incredible team of human resources.
