CAN'T IMAGINE BUYING A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE I have been with MB Flemington since 2015 and there is no other place I could ever imagine buying a car. They take such good care of me and I feel almost spoiled by the top notch customer service that is provided always. I recently was in such a terrible situation when I had to buy my most recent MB due to my previous MB being totaled after being t-boned. I knew I would be taken care of from the very beginning but how the entire process was executed, was something to really be grateful for. I have dealt with multiple people at the dealership and have always been satisfied with them attending to my needs. Thank you MB Flemington for always having my back! More
Positive Experience I’ve purchased multiple cars over the past years, but I have to point out that the experience I received from the Mercedes Benz of Flemington team was I’ve purchased multiple cars over the past years, but I have to point out that the experience I received from the Mercedes Benz of Flemington team was second to none. Not only was the dealership itself impressive, what I found to be most notable was the professionalism of the entire team/staff involved. With other cars I’ve purchased, I’ve never had the general manager speak with me regarding a vehicle. When Bryan Zanolini (General Manager) learned that it was my first visit to the dealership, he personally took the time to walk me through the facility and out into the service area – it’s beautiful! Guido Iammatteo was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, all of the features and functionalities, and was very professional all the way through the process. He’s been very diligent and has followed up with me several times since the purchase to ensure that I was fully satisfied with my selection. Julian Montilla did a great job walking me through the all the financial aspects of my purchase. Normally, the least fun part about buying a car is spending time with the finance manager, but he was very professional and didn’t make me feel pressured throughout the process. My compliments to Bryan for assembling such a strong team and an impressive dealership. This is my first Mercedes, and it definitely won’t be my last. I’ve already told several friends and family members about the experience I had. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind the next time I’m looking for a car, this dealership and team will be at the top of my list! More

When I picked up my car, I was given my keys by the woman at the desk and told where to look for my car outside ("it is along the trees somewhere"). It was also raining. This is my first time as a Mercedes customer (past BMW and Audi customer), and I've never had to go look for my car in a parking lot after getting service, especially in the rain. More

On the front seat I found a bottle of water, a receipt for two books purchased at Barnes & Noble and a coupon for a free drink at the B&N cafe. I'm thinking someone took my car for more than a 2 mile road check! More
