I began my experience by sending a request on the internet, and although it was Saturday night after closing, Nikole responded to me letting me know they got my request and they would be in touch on Monday. Indeed, Monday morning by 10:00 am she called me to answer the questions I had. I later that afternoon went in and saw Rob. He listened to my needs and showed me several cars that would meet my budget. I was unsure and said I needed to think about it. There was no pressure. After thinking about the deal they offered, I called Rob to ask a few more questions and I was able to get a deal I wanted over the phone. I told Rob I would be back within the hour and he was able to alert the team and get all the paperwork started. CJ did my financing and to no surprise was a delight to work with. Best Car-buying experience For the first time we bought a Mercedes from this dealership. We tried them out by having them service our two Benzes. They did exceptionally well - For the first time we bought a Mercedes from this dealership. We tried them out by having them service our two Benzes. They did exceptionally well - so it seemed natural to shop there for our next Benz after the lease on our C250 coupe expired. We looked to replace it with an attractive-looking and well designed 100% electric Sedan with reasonable range. We were soon impressed with Mike Lavrenchik technical know-how and his professional attitude. He did a nice job in demonstrating the B-class for us. It did not become our choice because it has inadequate range and looks too much like on of those (hated) SUVs. After looking far and wide for an all-electric sedan and resisting the lure of that wonderful Tesla Model S we opted for an interim solution while we wait for a truly attractive 100% electric Sedan with decent range, and at a reasonable price. We decided to go for a pre-owned model and looked first at C and E class Benzes. After we test-drove a 2010 E 350 at MH of Hagerstown we looked no further and dealt with their team, led by Mike Lavrenchik. It was our best ever car-buying experience - after new Benzes from Diesels to S-class and Beamers from 300 to 500 class. Our E 350 is arguably the best car we ever drove and we love it. Mike made this choice possible when he told us that it had been in the care of MB of Hagerstown since it was new. The delivery was a sight to be seen - the car looked no less impressive than the Benzes and Beamers we had picked up at their factories in Sindelfingen and Munich, and the customer service could not have been more professional, thorough, and enjoyable. Finance manager Carol was also very helpful, so was Barry.whom we called upon on one occasion. We prefer to deal with MB of Hagerstown for service and now also for sales. This is as fine a dealership as we have found. They care about their customers in a way that no big-town dealership can. They try harder and it works for us. Bottom line - we rate this our best ever buying experience at a dealership that is second to none. It got us into what is arguably our best car ever. More

We had the best experience with our Sales person Rob Edmonds, Rob showed me all my options on the lot before we chose the one we bought, Rob was extremely pleasant ,knowledgeable and accommodating. We ended up buying the CLA250 Sport, I absolutely Love it !! Our whole experience with the staff was great from start to finish! My husband and I would definitely recommend buying a car here.
