My experience has been mostly positive throughout the years, however, I must say that today's was without question the most positive that I have ever experienced purchasing a new or pre-owed car. My sales person was Barry London and came in on his normally scheduled morning off to help me conclude my business and send me on my way.I drove three hours to purchase my car in Hagerstown ,Md. because of a very positive experience I had two days before Christmas on my way to Charlotte NC.to visit our son and his family . If it wasn't for their outstanding staff of fine mechinics we would have spent Christmas in a motel along the highway !!!! More
