I meet a lot of people traveling but know when I meet a good person. My story began with issues with another MB service department ending with another 6K in engine work. Marty the service manager called me first thing scheduled to bring my 2006 E350 in for a second opinion checked my car out for no charge provided me with a free loners. The next day It was explained to me that codes we linked to a $4500 dollar repair so instead of fighting with MB and the other MB Dealership I decided to trade the car. Wes and I scheduled to meet when I came to pick up my old car, they checked the car out offered me a fair price for trade, worked out the financing and I was out the door with a new car! It was a great experience and I'll remain a customer for life, and will also recommend anyone I know to either of the dealerships. Thanks! More
