I would have complained in person but I was running late after I spent 2-1/2 hours in the service department waiting for a oil change I had previously scheduled. Now, I don’t mind paying $350 for a service after I spent 2-1/2 hours in the service department waiting for a oil change I had previously scheduled. Now, I don’t mind paying $350 for a service IF the service is actually performed. After today I wonder if my oil was even changed. I asked my service advisor to check my hitch. He obviously forgot. I have parking sensors and blind spot sensors that do not work properly. I have a door latch that sticks. And my fog lights don’t work. None of these things were even brought up. They were even marked as working properly. My service advisor WAS quick to try and sell me new tires even though mine have less than 5000 miles on them. He also quoted me over $2000 for a new windshield since mine has a crack. ($800 safelite). It’s dealerships like this that make people afraid to buy a Mercedes. It’s dealerships and service advisors like this that make the typical Mercedes Dealership stereotype truth. I love my car. It drives like nothing I’ve ever driven. I just hope not all dealerships are like this. I could only imagine what they would do to an old woman. More

Very professional group. I flew in, Piotr arranged for my pick up and had the car ready to review and test drive along with all the necessary paperwork. Charlie had the finance setup and ready to process my pick up and had the car ready to review and test drive along with all the necessary paperwork. All said, I was confident in purchasing the car sight unseen; Hoffman had clearly portrayed the car as described via advertisement, pictures and verbally without issue. Thank you all! More

I went in to purchase our 1st Mercedes and traded in our Buick Encore. I had been talking with Kirk and decided to go in and see the new 2020 A220 on 8/22. Kirk was great! He treated us very well and showed us a couple vehicles that we were interested in. There was absolutely no "sales" pressure that you see with other dealers. He treated us with respect and was very upfront about pricing and his willingness to help anyway that he can. The trade in I had brought in was given a good value we agreed with. We decided to go ahead and purchase the A220 and went to Finance where Michael Spooner went out of his way to get us a great APR and made the deal happen to our satisfaction. I will definitely visit Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates again. This is my 2nd purchase from a Zeigler dealership prior vehicle was a Chrysler 200 in 2015. More
