"GLK 350 transfer case issue"

My 2013 GLK 350 was purchased, and continues to be, serviced at MB of Hoffman. Brought the car in for scheduled service and asked Jason to also check out a low speed rumble when turning. Unfortunately I was disappointed to learn that the transfer case was failing, not an inexpensive repair. Although the car was out of warranty, Jason contacted MB who agreed that the part should not have failed with such low mileage, 43,000 miles, and covered the parts for the repair. Thanks Jason, you and the team at MB of Hoffman provided true customer service and I will not forget it when we purchase our next vehicle.

"Excellent Customer Service"

This is the second time I have bought a car from Tom and the Hoffman Estates dealership. It is a pleasure doing business with Tom. Tom looks at the needs of a customer end to end. Both times,hHe understood my needs very well and also the constraints. He does the best under the circumstances and given my experience, I would think he has quite a few repeat customers. He is firm and friendly and accommodates a few special requests that are reasonable. Highly recommend this dealership

"Terrible Service"

Recommended multiple expensive unnecessary services. Not trustworthy. The customer service representative (Julio) was not polite and instead of being helpful when asked for clarification, he got aggressive and suggested that I could take my business elsewhere if not satisfied.

"Excellent Car Buying Experience "

It was really great pleasure walked into the the Dealership, Mr David Snyder approached me with a great hand shake :) asked me what he could assist me with ? I told him I was looking to buy "C" Class Car, he immediately took to his cubical where he was extremely professional, polite Gentleman who was willing to listen to my requirement. Ton of patience and knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz flew from his mouth he convinced me in getting a car. He was most accommodating and made my car buying a experience, with NO Pressure ... He is truly a asset to Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estate. His follow up and sense of humor was well liked and appreciated for the time spent in the dealership. I highly recommend David Snyder 10/10

The worst costumer service ever! Dropped off my car, i was told it would be ready in a few days, it took them 3 weeks to fix it. I always had to call them to get the status of my car, on top of this, they lost my car key the day I had to pick up my car.

"Ignorant, cheap, lazy... can't think of more words"

Worst dealer-mechanical experience EVER. When it comes to under warranty repairs they will go through xxxx not to do it. Back and forward with them for a month. Tried to be polite, tried to yell and scream, went to a manager- nothing worked. Apparent oil leak either from the oil filter housing or the power steering tank. After a week of "Checking" they came to a conclusion that there is no problem and the car is fine- yeah it's totally normal for a 2012 C300 with ~27k miles to have the whole front of the engine covered in oil. Went back- showed the engine to a supposed "manager" shoved his hand in there got it all oily and then he promised at least they will clean it because " i'ts probably something old that had been fixed"- yeah Casper came one night and magically fixed it. Another week goes by- the car is again diagnosed FINE and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Engine is still covered with oil. Either extremely stupid and their mechanics are idiots or just plain lazy and cheap! The best or nothing... Not with these guys!

"Like no other!"

I haven't personally worked with the sales department, but the service department is unlike any other. This dealership is staffed with very professional service technicians and service advisors, and everytime I leave this dealership, I know that the vehicle serviced correctly the first time. In terms of cost, they're very competitive with their services and overall I would highly recommend this dealership for service.

I had an issue with my brakes or ABS and it turned out to be a difficult to diagnose problem. I spoke with the mechanic (Chris Gregory) who explained what was wrong and had me back on the road! Great experience!
